2009 Aloft Cabernet Sauvignon 標高506メートルの美しい場所から２度目のリリース。山で栽培されるカベルネ・ソーヴィニョンの特徴が綺麗に表現されており複雑でセクシーなワインに出来上がっています。 ２００８のワインよりも少々果物が主張しており、熟した赤と青のフルーツの凝縮、スパイス、ブラウンシュガーの層を思わせる風味があります。 ２０ヶ月間の樽熟成と、ボトル内でゆっくりワインを寝かた結果。山葡萄の特徴と言えるしっかりとしたタンニンはその十分な時間と共に柔らかみを増し、滑らかなミネラルと食欲をそそる酸味と織り合い調和しています。 後味にからも十分なフルーツの凝縮を味わえとても長い余韻を楽しめます。 葡萄畑 Cold Springs Vineyard The second release from this beautiful place is the definition of mountain Cabernet ? terroir driven, complex and lush. A bit more fruit forward than the 2008, it’s expansive with ripe layers of red and blue fruits, spice and brown sugar. Twenty months of barrel aging and extended time in bottle has given the substantial, fine-grained, mountain tannins ample time to integrate with the sleek minerals and mouthwatering acidity. The finish is fruit-driven and very long. Perhaps most important, at least to us, it stands as well on its own as it does alongside a family meal.
