Our 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon presents intense and complex aromatic notes of black cherry, violet, tea, spices and dark fruits. A luminous front palate bursts with bright, fresh cassis shaded with subtle aromas of cherry and dark chocolate. Full bodied, with finely integrated tannins in keeping with the style of our vineyard. Defying the dramatic rains and uncharacteristically cool summer of 2011, this wine displays remarkable balance, finesse and energy from start to finish.
